Website Widgets & Embeds

Overview

Website widgets are embeddable tools you place on your public site or landing pages—lead forms, price book search, 3D/garage-door visualizer, attribute search, and review widgets. They connect visitor actions back to ServiceFlow leads and catalog data.

How to access

Settings → Website Builder (/settings/website) → Widgets tab
Or manage widgets from the widget manager UI linked from website settings.

What you can do today

Widget typePurpose
LeadCapture name, contact, and job details into Leads.
Price bookSearchable catalog of items marked Show on web.
Attribute searchFilter price book by custom attributes.
VisualizerPhoto-based product visualization (3D or garage-door mode).
ReviewsDisplay or collect review prompts (with review integration enabled).
For each widget you can generate embed code, configure styling/branding options, and copy to your site.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to website settings.
  • For price book widgets: items flagged Show on web on the price book.
  • For visualizer: see 3D Visualizer for the standalone app; widget mode embeds configured settings.
  • For reviews widget: review integration configured (see Review Management).

Step-by-step

Create a lead widget

  1. Settings → Website → Widgets → Add widget.
  2. Choose type Lead.
  3. Configure fields, thank-you message, and styling.
  4. Copy embed code → paste into your site HTML or builder custom block.
  5. Test submission—confirm lead appears under Leads.

Create a price book search widget

  1. Add widget → type Price book or Attribute search.
  2. Choose categories or attributes to expose.
  3. Copy embed code to your services or pricing page.
  4. Verify items with Show on web appear in results.

Configure visualizer embed

  1. Add widget → type Visualizer.
  2. Choose mode (3D or Garage door where applicable).
  3. Set default product/options and branding.
  4. Embed on a “Design your project” landing page.

Reviews widget

  1. Enable review settings under Settings → Review Settings.
  2. Add Reviews widget and copy embed code.
  3. Pair with Review Management for request flow.

Current limitations

  • Widgets require you to paste embed code—automatic injection into the built-in website builder pages varies by block type.
  • Visualizer advanced scenes may redirect to the standalone 3D Visualizer for some experiences.
  • Widget analytics (views, conversions) are basic today.
  • CSP/security headers on third-party sites may block scripts—test on your host.

  • One-click insert widgets into website builder pages (no manual embed).
  • Per-widget conversion tracking on dashboard.
  • More industry-specific widget templates.
