Overview
The 3D Visualizer is a standalone ServiceFlow product for photo-based project visualization—customers upload a property photo and preview products (garage doors, ADUs, pools, etc.) to improve lead quality and close rates.
How to access
- Public app — https://visualizer.serviceflow-pro.com
- Embed on your site — Website Widgets → Visualizer widget type
- Customer portal — optional Project Visualizer nav link when enabled in portal settings
What you can do today
- Run visualizer sessions on the standalone web app.
- Embed visualizer on marketing site via widget embed code.
- Configure 3D or garage-door visualizer modes in widget settings.
- Garage door businesses pair with Garage Door Quote Builder for sales workflow.
Prerequisites
- Widget or link placement on website for customer-facing use.
- Product imagery/options configured in widget or visualizer admin (per mode).
- For garage door mode: industry assets and styles managed in garage door admin where applicable.
Step-by-step
Add to website
- Settings → Website → Widgets → Add → Visualizer.
- Choose mode and branding options.
- Copy embed code to site page.
- Test upload and overlay flow.
Use in sales call
- Send customer link to visualizer page or walk through embed together.
- Capture design choices → create quote/estimate in ServiceFlow.
Customer portal link
- Settings → Customer Portal → enable Project Visualizer navigation link if desired.
- Customers open visualizer from portal menu.
Current limitations
- External app — primary UX outside main CRM UI.
- Advanced scene editing may not sync automatically to estimates—manual quote entry often required.
- Not all trades have equal product libraries—garage door richest today.
- Offline/mobile low-bandwidth performance varies.
Roadmap
- One-click “create estimate from visualizer choices.”
- More industry packs (roofing, siding, landscaping).
- AR mode on supported mobile browsers.
