Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ServiceFlow Pro ("Service"), a field service management platform operated by ServiceFlow Pro ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Definitions

Service: The ServiceFlow Pro field service management platform and mobile application.
User: The individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
Account: The user account created to access the Service.
Content: Any data, information, or materials uploaded, stored, or processed through the Service.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

Service Description

ServiceFlow Pro is a comprehensive field service management platform that provides:
  • Job and work order management
  • Customer relationship management
  • Estimates and invoicing
  • Time tracking and scheduling
  • Inventory and price book management
  • Mobile field service capabilities
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Integration with third-party services, including Google Ads

Google Ads Integration

ServiceFlow Pro offers integration with Google Ads (including Local Services Ads) to help you manage leads from your advertising campaigns. When you enable this integration:
  • Lead Management: Leads generated from your Google Ads campaigns are automatically received via secure webhooks and imported into your ServiceFlow Pro account
  • Data Processing: We process lead data to create customer records, schedule appointments, and track conversions within your ServiceFlow Pro account
  • Webhook Configuration: You authorize ServiceFlow Pro to receive webhook notifications from Google Ads regarding new leads and lead status updates
  • OAuth Authorization: You grant ServiceFlow Pro permission to access your Google Ads account data through OAuth authentication, which allows us to retrieve lead information and sync lead status updates
  • Data Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share Google Ads data with ServiceFlow Pro and for complying with Google's Terms of Service
  • Integration Availability: The Google Ads integration is provided "as is" and may be subject to changes in Google's API or policies. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
Google Ads Terms: Your use of Google Ads integration is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google Ads API Terms of Service. You agree to comply with all applicable Google policies when using this integration.

Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website and may be subject to change.
Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Refunds: Refund policies are subject to our discretion and applicable laws. Contact our support team for refund requests.
Price Changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Data Ownership: You retain ownership of your data. We process your data to provide the Service and improve our offerings.
Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Google Ads Lead Data: Lead data received from Google Ads is stored securely in your ServiceFlow Pro account. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws when processing lead data. ServiceFlow Pro processes lead data on your behalf as a data processor, and you remain the data controller for such information.

Intellectual Property

Service Ownership: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ServiceFlow Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
  • Scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Technical issues or system failures
  • Network or internet connectivity problems
  • Force majeure events
We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance and work to minimize service disruptions.

Support and Maintenance

Technical Support: We provide technical support during business hours. Support availability may vary by subscription plan.
Updates: We regularly update the Service to improve functionality, security, and performance. Updates may be automatic or require user action.
Training: Basic training resources are available. Additional training services may be available for an additional fee.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services and applications. These integrations are provided "as is" and we are not responsible for:
  • The availability or accuracy of third-party services
  • Third-party service terms and conditions
  • Data handling by third-party services
  • Any issues arising from third-party integrations

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVICEFLOW PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ServiceFlow Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:
  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you upload or transmit through the Service

Termination

Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Apple App Store

If you downloaded our mobile app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
• These Terms are concluded between you and ServiceFlow Pro only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple")
• ServiceFlow Pro, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app
• In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you have or any claims of any third party relating to the app
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you
Your use of our mobile app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
