If you downloaded an unsigned version:

Right-click on Garage Door OS
Select "Open" from menu
Click "Open" in security dialog
App will launch and be remembered

Terminal method:

sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Garage Door OS.app"

Windows

Setup Installer:

Download and run the .exe file
