Scheduler Dashboard
The Scheduler Dashboard is your central hub for managing all jobs, technicians, and schedules. It provides multiple views to help you stay organized and efficient.
Use the tabs at the top to switch between Timeline, Column, and Routes views. Each view is optimized for different tasks.
Overview
The Scheduler Dashboard consists of several key components:
Timeline View
Horizontal timeline showing all technicians and their scheduled jobs
Column View
Weekly calendar with compact and expanded time grid modes
Routes View
Route planning with Google Maps links (automatic optimization coming soon)
Navigation
The dashboard provides several ways to navigate and filter your schedule:
Date Navigation
- Today Button: Jump to the current date
- Arrow Buttons: Move forward or backward by day/week
- Date Picker: Select a specific date
View Tabs

Routes
Click any tab to switch views. Your view preference is saved and remembered.
Technician Filter
Filter the schedule to show specific technicians:
- All Technicians: Shows everyone's schedule
- Single Technician: Focus on one person's workload
- Unassigned: View jobs that haven't been assigned yet
Quick Actions
Create Job
Click the Create Job button to quickly create a new job. Or click on any open time slot in the calendar views.
Drag & Drop
Drag any job card to reschedule it. Drop on a different technician to reassign. A confirmation dialog will show the new schedule.
Availability Metrics
The header shows real-time availability metrics:
Available
Technicians with open slots
Technicians with open slots
Busy
Fully booked for the day
Fully booked for the day
Total Jobs
Scheduled for selected date
Scheduled for selected date
