Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with the scheduling tools in 5 minutes. This guide walks you through the essential features.
We recommend completing Setup & configuration for business settings and integrations, then continue with the scheduler steps below.
By the end of this guide, you'll know how to view schedules, create jobs, and reschedule with drag-and-drop.

Access the Scheduler
Navigate to the Scheduler
From anywhere in the app, click Scheduler in the left sidebar (or tap the menu icon on mobile).

Three Ways to View Your Schedule
Timeline
- Horizontal time view
- All technicians at once
- Great for seeing the big picture
Columns
- Weekly calendar layout
- Compact or expanded modes
- Click time slots to add jobs
Routes
- Optimized driving routes
- Google Maps integration
- Saves drive time
Click the tabs at the top to switch between views. Try each one to see which works best for your workflow.

Create a Job
Two Ways to Create Jobs
Quick Create Button
- Click the blue Create Job button
- Fill in customer, date, and time
- Assign a technician
- Click Create
Click on Calendar
- Go to Column view → Expanded mode
- Click any empty time slot
- Date and time are pre-filled!
- Complete the form and save

Reschedule with Drag & Drop

The fastest way to reschedule a job:
Grab Job
Drag
Drop!
- Change Time: Drag vertically in expanded view
- Change Day: Drag to a different day column
- Change Technician: Drag to a different technician row
- Confirm: A dialog shows the new schedule - click Reschedule to save

Generate Routes
Review Route Planning
- Click the Routes tab on the scheduler
- View each technician's stops for the selected date
- Click "Open in Google Maps" for turn-by-turn directions
